Are you currently grappling with the feeling that life isn’t quite where you want it to be? Perhaps you’re navigating through a significant life transition such as a breakup, job loss, career change, or you’ve recently become an empty nester or relocated to a new area. These are just a few examples of the transitions life can throw our way. If you find yourself struggling to adapt to these changes, I’m the therapist here to assist you in addressing any fears, self-doubt, anxiety, or depression that may be affecting you.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. My Passion lies in assisting individuals in gaining self-understanding and managing the challenges of everyday life. I specialize in working with those who are seeking support in adapting to life’s transitions, offering coping strategies to navigate difficult times. Even if you currently feel overwhelmed and uncertain of your own inner strength, rest assured that you have the capacity to become the person you aspire to be.
I draw upon a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT with a mindfulness focus, narrative therapy, solution-focused techniques, psychodynamic methods, and EMDR. My personal style is characterized by directness, and I actively promote open communication. Each treatment plan is collaboratively developed with the client because I firmly believe that everyone holds the solutions to their own challenges My primary goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment where you can freely express your need, fostering your personal healing process.
